- Staffing for initial call twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week

- Preparation of the deceased

- Coordination with crematory and medical examiner, and pay associated fees
- Process and obtain the death certificate and burial/cremation permit
- Compose and submit an obituary into your requested newspaper(s)
- Selection of a cremation designed wood casket and standard wood or metal urn
- Use of facilities for three hours of calling hours
- Coordination and direction of the funeral at your church or in our funeral chapel
- Use of funeral coach, sedan for pall bearers, and service vehicle, as well as transportation to the crematory
- Forward or deliver the cremated remains to the person or cemetery accepting responsibility for final disposition
Simplicity Cremation
Our Simplicity plan is perfect for cost-conscious families who are available for a weekday service.

- Arrangements conference with family member(s) or other responsible representative
- Coordination of arrangements with clergy
- Coordination with crematory and medical examiner, and pay associated fees
- Process and obtain the death certificate and burial/cremation permit and pay associated fees
- Compose and submit an obituary into your requested newspaper(s)
- Selection of a cremation designed wood casket
- Selection of a standard wood or metal urn
- Use of facilities for a one hour visitation
- Coordination and direction of the funeral at your church or in our funeral chapel
- Use of funeral coach, sedan for pall bearers and service vehicle, as well as transportation to the crematory

Celebration of Life
This package is designed to meet the needs of the family wishing to have a one day memorial visitation with a memorial service the following day.

- Shelterization and refrigeration of the deceased
- Arrangements conference with family member(s) or other responsible representative
- Place the deceased into your choice of the required alternative container
- Transportation of the deceased to the cemetery
- Coordination of arrangements with clergy and cemetery if necessary
- Coordination with crematory and medical examiner, and pay associated fees
- Process and obtain the death certificate and burial/cremation permit
- Compose and submit an obituary into your requested newspaper(s)
- Selection of an engraved urn shown below
- Use of facilities for three hours of calling hours
- Coordination and direction of the funeral at your church or in our funeral chapel
- Funeral coach and service vehicle if necessary
Cremation Option 4
Our Cremation Option 4 provides for a visitation period prior to cremation taking place.

- Arrangements conference with family member(s) or other responsible representative
- Coordination of arrangements with clergy if necessary

- Compose and submit an obituary into the newspaper(s) of your choice
- Gray cloth-covered particle board cremation-oriented casket and basic urn
- Transport the deceased to the crematory
- Forward or deliver the cremated remains to the person or cemetery accepting responsibility for final disposition
This option with a:
ONE-HOUR PUBLIC VISITATION PERIOD
This package includes the following Memorial Tribute package:
- (50) Photo prayer cards; (25) Personalized acknowledgement cards; Guest book
- In those instances where a death occurs in the home or where additional staffing is required in the transfer and handling of the deceased, please add $225 per additional staff member.
This option with a:
THREE-HOUR PUBLIC VISITATION PERIOD
This package includes the following Memorial Tribute package:

- In those instances where a death occurs in the home or where additional staffing is required in the transfer and handling of the deceased, please add $225 per additional staff member.

- Coordinate arrangements with and submit associated fees to the crematory
- Coordinate arrangements with the cemetery and officiating clergy
- Compose and submit an obituary into your requested newspaper(s)
- Selection of a basic wood or metal urn
- Transport the deceased to the crematory
- Forward or deliver the cremated remains to the person or cemetery accepting responsibility for final disposition
Cremation Option 2
Our Cremation Option 2 provides for cremation followed by a graveside service.
- Staffing for initial call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Funeral Director and staff services
- Local transfer from place of death*
- Shelterization and refrigeration of the deceased
- Arrangements conference with family member(s) or other responsible representative
- Process and file the death certificate and burial or cremation permit
- Coordinate arrangements with and submit associated fees to the medical examiner
- Coordinate arrangements with and submit associated fees to the crematory
- Coordinate arrangements with the cemetery and officiating clergy
- Compose and submit an obituary into the newspaper(s) of your choice
- Place the deceased in your choice of the required alternative container
- Transport the deceased to the crematory
- A representative from the funeral home will be present to transfer the cremated remains, floral arrangements and necessary equipment to the cemetery as well as assist in directing those attending services.
Respectful Remembrance
Our Respectful Remembrance option provides for a one-hour private family visitation in the funeral home prior to the cremation process taking place. Special care is provided to the unembalmed remains and an upgraded cremation container, suitable for viewing, is included.

- Shelterization, basic preparation, and refrigeration of the deceased
- Arrangements conference with family member(s) or other responsible representative

- Coordinate arrangements with and submit associated fees to the crematory
- Compose and submit a an obituary into your requested newspaper(s)
- Place the deceased in an upgraded cremation container
- Selection of a basic wood or metal urn
- Preparation of a non-embalmed body for viewing. We recommend that visitation is scheduled as soon as possible. Regrettably, we are unable to offer this service when an autopsy has been performed
- Use of the funeral home and staff for a one-hour private visitation
- Transfer the deceased to the crematory
- Forward or deliver the cremated remains to the person or cemetery accepting responsibility for final disposition
