Benjamin P. Audet

Lunenburg – Benjamin P. Audet, 54, of Lunenburg, passed away peacefully on Tuesday afternoon, August 11, 2026, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Ben was born in Fitchburg on October 19, 1971, and had resided in Lunenburg since 2004. He leaves his life partner and wife of 37 years, Tania A. (David) Audet of Lunenburg; He was the proud father of daughter, Brittney Al-Tukhaim, Son-in-law, Tarek, and his cherished granddaughter, Amelia. of Hubbardston; his mother, Diane Wilson and her husband, Robert, of Goffstown, NH: his father, Leonard Audet and his wife, Donna, of Winchendon MA. He also leaves his two brothers, Jody Audet and his wife, Joanna, of Fitchburg; and Michael Audet of Leominster; as well as many nieces and nephews A hardworking man by nature, Benjamin spent many years working as a trade machinist, chemical operator and Class A driver and Laborer in road construction, taking pride in a job well done and never being afraid of hard work. He was the kind of man who understood the value of showing up, getting the job done, and helping others along the way. Benjamin had a true passion for his Harley-Davidson. For him, riding was more than simply being on a motorcycle. It was a sense of freedom, adventure, and a chance to enjoy the open road with many of his friends. Those who knew Benjamin will remember him most for his willingness to help a friend. If someone needed a hand, Benjamin was there. He gave his time, his strength, and his heart without expecting anything in return. His generosity and loyalty touched many lives, and the friendships he made will carry his memory forward. He leaves behind a legacy not measured by possessions, but by the people he helped, the friendships he made, and the family who will carry his memory with them. Ride free, Ben. May the road ahead always be open, the wind always be at your back, and your Harley always have a road to travel. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered. A celebration of Ben’s life will be held at The Eastwood Club, 389 Townsend Street, Fitchburg MA. 01420, on 13th, September 2026, from 12-4pm. The Isabelle and Anderson Funeral Home, 316 Clarendon St., Fitchburg, is assisting the family with the arrangements.
