Patricia A. (Poudrier) Young

She was born in Fitchburg on December 2, 1946, a daughter of the late Roman A. and Aimee L. (Letourneau) Poudrier and was a 1964 graduate of Fitchburg High School. Patricia was a longtime resident of West Townsend before moving to Pepperell and more recently Lunenburg. She was well known in West Townsend, working at both the Old Brick Store and the Settle Shop for years prior to her retirement. Patricia loved being a mother and grandmother, a role she excelled at. She enjoyed gardening, reading and always kept up on the news and politics. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, David J. Young of Lunenburg; a daughter, Lori L. McDonald and her husband John of Chelmsford; two sons, Kevin M. Young of Fitchburg and David A. Young, Sr. and his fiancé Heather Poulin of Fitchburg; her daughter-in-law, Carol Young of Lowell; a Sister, Jane Buchanan and her husband Randy of Fitchburg; her sister-in-law, Nancy Young of Fitchburg; her aunt, Terry Russell of Townsend; her grandchildren, Alicia McDonald, Shannon Goddard and her husband John, Caylin Rymph, Cassidy Young, Breanna Mitchell, Carma Young and Roman Young. Patricia was predeceased by a son, Steven C. Young and two grandsons, Michael P. McDonald, and David A. Young, Jr.
