Lois A. (Hackett) Adams Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

ASHBURNHAM; Lois A. (Hackett) Adams, 70, of Ashburnham, formerly of Townsend and Pepperell died Monday, May 17, 2021 at Fitchburg Healthcare, Fitchburg. Lois was born in Nashua, NH, May 18, 1950, one of six daughters born to the late Roger H. and Dorothy M. (Cummings) Hackett and resided in Pepperell and Townsend before moving to Ashburnham of thirty years ago. She was a 1968 graduate of North Middlesex Regional High School in Townsend. Prior to her retirement in 2015, Lois had worked several years in the shipping/receiving department at Walmart in Rindge, NH. Prior to that she worked over thirty years at New England Business Service in Townsend and Groton. She leaves her longtime companion, Peter J. Blanchard of Ashburnham; her son, Brian Adams of Fallbrook, CA; her daughter, Mona Howard of Ontario, Canada; eight grandchildren, Madeleine, Anza, Cole, Cormac, Chelsea, Brittany, Kayla and Avery, six great grandchildren, four sisters, Cassandra Oinonen and Linda Shattuck both of Pepperell, Nancy McDonald of Londonderry, NH and Laura Hackett of Rindge, NH. She was the sister of the late Sally Shank of Rindge, NH. Funeral services and interment will be handled privately. The Anderson Funeral Home, 250 Main Street, Townsend Center is assisting the family with arrangements.
