Karla Lee (Marsh) Martin, 70, of Contoocook, NH, formerly of Townsend died Sunday, April 10, 2022 in the Concord Hospital in Concord, NH. Karla was born in Ipswich, MA on March 10, 1952, a daughter of the late Baxter J., Jr. and Marjorie P. (Priestley) Marsh. Several years ago she had operated a printing press at New England Business Service and later Deluxe Corporation in Townsend. She had a love of all animals and the ocean. She enjoyed gardening with her girls, shopping and spending time with her family. As a child, Karla made many childhood memories with her siblings at their Grandmother's cottage in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. She leaves her son, Peter B. Martin and his wife Valerie of Leominster; two daughters, Kerri-Anne Boucher of Lunenburg and Lauren A. O’Connor and her husband, Brian of Contoocook, NH; two brothers, Daryl Marsh of Exeter and Darryn Marsh of Wilmington; a sister, Gloria Corcoran of Wilmington; five grandchildren, Logan Martin, Lilah Boucher, Rielle Boucher, Hayden O’Connor, Nora O’Connor, nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her former husband, Peter G. Martin and a brother, Dana John Marsh, who passed at the age of 2. A celebration of Karla’s life will be held at 1PM on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at the home of her son Peter, 56 Sunrise Ave., Leominster, MA.
