I like it without rice often and serve it in a nrauatl state with nothing added. For more info or to view their menu check out their web site. The chicken was lean and tender and the andouille was patently made on grounds to a particular and standard recipe. They tasted precisely like the ones my grandmama would make down on the bayous of south Louisiana and is the final addition to an authentic Cajun meal.

R.I.P., guy……you will always and forever be a part of those who have crossed your path in life. Although it was a short time, you lived it to the fullest and I am sure you have left an emotional tattoo of who you are in everyone’s heart, an amazingly unique, one of a kind mark that only you could leave, and that is how you will be remembered.
