Betty Ann St. John Charron

Fitchburg: Betty Ann St. John Charron, 59, of Westminster Hill Road, died unexpectedly Friday, February 3, 2012, at her home.

Her husband of 24 years, Michael J. Charron, died in September 2010.

Betty Ann St. John CharronBetsy was born in Fitchburg, a daughter of Martin J. and Doris M. (Gagne) St. John and grew up in Townsend. She was a 1971 graduate of North Middlesex Regional High School.

She is survived by her sister, Elaine M. St. John of Townsend, two nephews, John Crain and his wife, Sherri, of Manchester, NH, Jason Crain of Florida; a niece, Stephanie Long of Townsend; a grandnephew, Tyler Crain and a grandniece, Sarah Crain.

She was the sister of the late Phil St. John of Lunenburg and Donna Crain of Townsend.

Arrangements

Betsy’s family will receive family and friends from 5-7 Thursday, February 9th at the Louis M. Isabelle Funeral Home, 316 Clarendon Street, Fitchburg. A prayer service will be offered at 6:30 PM Thursday.

Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Townsend.

    To Betsy’s family. Sorry for your loss. I always enjoyed being with Betsy at the gatherings of Old English Sheepdog Rescue people. She made a beautiful full length mirror for one of our auctions. I will miss her.
